Mo' Bettahs was founded in Bountiful, Utah in 2008 by Kimo and Kalani Mack. Their business goal was to transport guests to an authentic Hawaiian island experience, like they had growing up in O‘ahu, Hawai’i. After partnering with Savory Restaurant Fund, they have since grown the Hawaiian plate lunch restaurant to over 50 locations in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. The brand continues to expand to more markets in the coming years to spread the aloha even further. Serving up the plate lunch with an authentic Hawaiian experience, with items like Teriyaki Chicken and Steak, Katsu Chicken, homemade mac salad and fresh steamed rice to name a few.
